We are recruiting a Training & Development Manager for a fast-growing casual food hospitality group in Central London.

This is a rare opportunity to design and launch a brand-new training academy across both Front of House and Back of House teams, creating clear development pathways from induction through to leadership.

The Role

• Build and implement a structured training academy across multiple sites
• Create clear career development pathways and management programmes
• Deliver engaging training sessions for operational teams and managers
• Work closely with senior leadership to strengthen the employee journey
• Champion culture, standards and people development across the business

The Ideal Candidate

• Hospitality background with experience moving into training or people development
• Experience designing training programmes or development frameworks
• Confident trainer who can engage and motivate teams
• Passionate about developing people and building hospitality careers
