We’re recruiting a Store Manager to lead a busy, high-footfall bakery in the Lake District. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys running a tight operation, building a strong team and delivering great customer experiences every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store
• Leading, developing and motivating your team
• Driving sales, performance and customer experience
• Managing rotas, stock, costs and compliance
• Keeping standards high and the store running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience
• Background in retail, bakery, café or quick-service environments
• A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
• Someone who brings energy, positivity and pride to their store
