We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Store Manager to lead a busy, high-performing restaurant in the heart of King’s Lynn. This is a fast-paced, high-volume QSR environment where customer satisfaction, speed, and team spirit are everything. You’ll be leading from the front – managing service, coaching your team, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. You’ll need to thrive under pressure, love building high-energy teams, and be passionate about delivering great food with great service, every time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations with pace and precision
• Leading, training and motivating a team in a high-volume setting
• Managing stock, compliance, and labour controls
• Ensuring every guest leaves happy – even during peak times
• Driving performance through energy, positivity and strong leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing a fast-paced QSR or casual dining site
• Strong people leadership and operational know-how
• A cool head under pressure and a real passion for service
• Focus on hitting KPIs and driving results
• A hands-on approach – no clipboard managers here
