An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sushi Sous Chef to join one of London’s most exciting premium restaurant concepts. The Role
-
Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
-
Leading the sushi section and maintaining exceptional standards
-
Preparing and presenting high-quality sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and raw dishes

Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a seamless service

Training and developing junior chefs

Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste management
-
Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality across every dish

Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times
About You
-
Currently working as a Sushi Sous Chef, Senior Sushi Chef, or strong Sushi Chef ready to step up
-
Strong experience preparing sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and raw fish dishes
-
Background within premium Asian, Japanese, or fusion restaurant concepts
-
Passionate about quality ingredients and precision-led cooking

Strong leadership skills and experience developing junior team members

Calm and organised under pressure

A team player who thrives in fast-paced, quality-driven environments
