Salary: Up to £39,000 + Paid Overtime

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join a stunning, ingredient-led restaurant in the heart of London. The venue celebrates fresh, seasonal produce and live-fire cooking – delivering bold, simple dishes in an open kitchen environment that blends theatre with authenticity.

As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading the kitchen team day-to-day, supporting the Head Chef with service, prep, and training, and ensuring consistently high standards across every plate.
