The Role:

  • Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Leading and motivating a brigade within a fresh food kitchen
  • Working closely with high-quality, seasonal ingredients
  • Supporting menu development and daily specials
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

About You:

  • Currently a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
  • Passionate about fresh food and seasonal cooking
  • Experience within quality-led kitchens (gastro pub, hotel, etc.)
  • Strong leader with a hands-on approach
  • Organised and calm under pressure
