We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join a thriving kitchen in the heart of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive, quality-focused team with strong growth potential.

The dishes are being created by Michelin Star Chefs and we are looking for similar background.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
• Leading and developing the brigade on shift
• Upholding high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
• Contributing to menu development and daily specials
• Managing stock, ordering, and prep for service

About You:

• Previous experience as a strong Junior Sous or Sous Chef
• Calm under pressure with great organisational skills
• Confident in managing service and motivating the team
• A genuine passion for fresh food and great flavours
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance
