We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join one of London’s most exciting wine bar groups – a business built around sustainability, seasonality, and an incredible selection of independent wines.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking hospitality brand that puts quality and creativity at the heart of everything it does. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help deliver a modern, ingredient-led menu designed to complement an ever-changing wine list, with a real focus on flavour, presentation, and consistency.
