The Role

• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of kitchen operations
• Playing a key role in the successful launch of a new restaurant
• Leading and motivating the brigade during service
• Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and labour management
• Training and developing junior chefs
• Ensuring all food safety and health & safety standards are maintained
• Supporting menu execution and maintaining brand standards

About You

• Currently working as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
• Experience within Asian cuisine is essential
• Sushi experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of fresh ingredients, preparation techniques, and quality standards
• Comfortable working within fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Passionate about great food and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to management
