Our client is a premium members Club in Mayfair with a small, but highly skilled chef team.
They are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team.

The Role:
- Oversee breakfast, staff dining, and a high-quality casual dining outlet within the business
- Support menu development while maintaining consistency and portion control
- Assist with training junior chefs, helping to build skill and confidence across the team
