What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in running a busy, food-led kitchen
- Leading sections and driving service during peak trading
- Training and developing junior chefs in the brigade
- Maintaining strong standards of food quality and organisation
- Supporting stock control and kitchen systems
What We’re Looking For
- A confident Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Experience in fresh food, quality-led kitchens
- Someone calm, organised and reliable during busy service
- A chef who takes pride in food and enjoys being part of a strong team
