We are recruiting a skilled and ambitious Sous Chef to join a busy, quality-led restaurant in Central London.

This role is ideal for a strong Sous Chef who thrives in fast-paced kitchens and enjoys working with high-quality ingredients while supporting the Head Chef in delivering consistently excellent food.

The Role

• Support the Head Chef in running the day-to-day kitchen operation

• Lead sections and services in a busy kitchen

• Train and develop junior members of the team

• Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation

• Maintain strong hygiene and operational standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven Sous Chef experience or strong Junior Sous ready to step up

• Background in fresh food, quality-driven kitchens

• Calm and organised under pressure

• Strong team leadership and communication skills

• Passionate about food and hospitality

Salary up to £45,000
