We are recruiting a talented and driven Sous Chef for a highly regarded, food-led restaurant in Kentish Town.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a quality-driven kitchen known for its focus on seasonal produce, bold flavours and exceptional standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef, leading service and helping maintain consistency in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
The Role

Support the Head Chef in running the day-to-day kitchen operation

Lead sections during busy service and ensure high food standards

Train, mentor and develop junior chefs

Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation

Maintain excellent hygiene and compliance standards

Contribute to menu development and kitchen creativity
The Ideal Candidate

Proven Sous Chef experience or strong Junior Sous ready to step up

Background in quality-led, fresh food kitchens

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Calm and confident in high-volume service

Passionate about seasonal produce and great cooking
Salary up to £50,000
