The Role

• Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations

• Leading services and maintaining high standards on shift

• Training and developing junior chefs

• Ensuring consistency, quality, and food safety at all times

• Supporting stock control, prep, and kitchen organisation

About You

• Proven Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP experience

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, quality-led kitchen

• Strong leadership and attention to detail

• Passion for fresh food and well-executed service
