We’re on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef to join the team at a busy, destination pub just outside Newbury. Known for its high-quality seasonal menus, exceptional Sunday roasts, and strong local following, this site combines relaxed dining with serious food credentials.

As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in running a tight, motivated kitchen – leading by example, developing junior chefs, and maintaining consistently high standards across prep, service, and presentation.
