We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join a well-loved pub and dining destination in Guildford. With a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality cooking, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious kitchen team.

The Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. From training and guiding junior chefs, to taking charge in the Head Chef’s absence, this is a hands-on role where you’ll have real responsibility and plenty of scope to grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up

• A passion for fresh, seasonal food and classic pub dining done well

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• A positive, team-focused attitude and a drive to deliver consistently high standards

• The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
