The Role

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen leadership.

• Deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a fresh-food environment.

• Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen team.

• Help drive standards, GP, and compliance across the kitchen.

• A strong Sous Chef background within fresh food pubs or restaurants.

• Organised, motivated, and standards-driven.
