An exclusive private members club in London is seeking a Sous Chef to join its kitchen team, focusing on high-quality, fresh food in a premium yet relaxed environment.

The Role:

  • Oversee breakfast and lunch service only, with no evening shifts

  • Work closely with the Head Chef on seasonal, high-end menus

  • Support a small, skilled team, ensuring consistency and high standards

  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and organisational standards

  • Opportunity to contribute ideas for menu development while maintaining classic foundations
