An exclusive private members club in London is seeking a Sous Chef to join its kitchen team, focusing on high-quality, fresh food in a premium yet relaxed environment.
The Role:

Oversee breakfast and lunch service only, with no evening shifts

Work closely with the Head Chef on seasonal, high-end menus

Support a small, skilled team, ensuring consistency and high standards

Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and organisational standards

Opportunity to contribute ideas for menu development while maintaining classic foundations

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a high-end fresh food environment, ideally at Sous Chef level or as a strong Junior Sous looking to step up

Enthusiastic about premium hospitality with a strong eye for detail
