Sous Chef – Paddington – up to £40,000
An independent, quality-led restaurant group is looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join the team at one of its Paddington-based venues. With a focus on British produce and a commitment to sustainability and seasonality, the kitchen champions bold, produce-led dishes with creativity at their core.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with plenty of scope to learn, grow, and contribute to a highly regarded kitchen.

What we’re looking for

2-3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within high-quality, produce-focused restaurants

A strong understanding of flavour, balance, and technique

An interest in British cheese, with a curiosity to learn more

A good grasp of the London food scene, seasonality, and British ingredients

Someone creative, confident and motivated, with solid leadership and team management skills

Strong organisation and communication abilities

A friendly, humble and supportive presence in the kitchen
