Salary: Up to £36,000

A renowned, high-volume premium restaurant in Central London is looking for a talented Sommelier to join its growing front-of-house team. This all-day venue is known for its elevated dining experience, exceptional wine service, and a fast-paced atmosphere that spans breakfast through to afternoon teas and evening service.

We’re seeking someone energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about developing their wine career. This role is ideal for a Sommelier with a couple of solid years’ experience who’s now ready to step into a bigger, faster, more ambitious environment.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
