An exciting opportunity exists for a focused and energetic Shift Manager to take charge of operational shifts at a dynamic location in Braintree.

The Shift Manager is responsible for the successful execution of operations during assigned shifts. This includes overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house activities, directing the work of the shift team, and resolving any customer issues swiftly and professionally. A core element of the role is maintaining product quality standards, ensuring speed of service, and upholding strict cleanliness and organizational procedures. The manager will be key in providing on-the-job training and ensuring a positive, productive work environment.

• Salary: £31,300 per annum
