The role:
As a Shift Manager, you’ll run day-to-day operations on your shifts – keeping service smooth, supporting and motivating your team, and ensuring every guest gets a top-class experience. You’ll also take ownership of targets, standards, and compliance, helping the restaurant deliver results.
