Senior Sous Chef – Premium Italian Restaurant, City of London
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a beautifully designed, high-end, 2-Rosette restaurant in the heart of the City of London. This premium dining destination is renowned for delivering refined Italian cuisine with a modern twist, attracting both corporate and leisure guests.
As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll work alongside a talented brigade of 9, supporting the senior kitchen team to deliver exceptional food in a high-volume yet quality-focused environment. The restaurant regularly serves up to 300 covers per day during peak seasons, with a strong emphasis on lunch and events.

Stable experience in high-end or fine dining kitchens.

Key Details
