We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join the team at a thriving pub and dining venue in Weybridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on chef with fresh food experience who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and play a key role in running a busy kitchen.

The Role
As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be working closely with the Head Chef to manage day-to-day operations, lead services, and develop menus. You’ll be trusted to train and mentor junior chefs, maintain the highest standards of quality, and help drive the kitchen forward.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fresh food kitchen

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team

• A creative flair for developing seasonal menus

• Excellent organisational skills and a calm approach under pressure
