Roaming Deputy Manager – Fixed Term Contract (4-6 Weeks)

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (pro-rata)

We’re looking for an experienced manager to support a premium pub with rooms on a short-term roaming contract in the Banbury area. This role is ideal for a strong and adaptable hospitality leader who can quickly step in, steady the ship, and help guide a smooth and successful operation.

You’ll be hands-on with service, lead from the front, and support the team across both busy dining shifts and overnight guest experiences.
