We are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager for a high-volume, entertainment-led venue in the heart of Shoreditch.

This is a fast-paced, vibrant operation known for its electric atmosphere, strong food offering and premium drinks trade. The venue delivers busy day-to-night service and requires a confident floor leader who thrives in high-energy environments.

The Role:

• Lead the restaurant floor and oversee daily service operations

• Drive exceptional guest experience in a high-volume setting

• Manage, train and develop a large front-of-house team

• Maintain service standards across busy lunch, dinner and late-night trade

• Support labour control, performance management and operational efficiency

• Work closely with senior management to drive commercial results

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven Restaurant Manager experience in high-volume London venues

• Background in premium casual dining or entertainment-led concepts

• Strong floor presence and hands-on leadership style

• Comfortable managing busy, late-night services

• Commercially aware and performance-driven
