We’re recruiting a Restaurant Manager to lead a busy, stylish gastropub near Cambridge. With a focus on fresh, seasonal menus, premium drinks, and a buzzing atmosphere, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing venue.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver stand-out guest experiences

• Oversee service standards, operations, and financial performance

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing FOH team

• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth coordination

You’ll need:

• Restaurant Manager experience (or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)

• Strong leadership skills and hands-on management style

• Passion for premium hospitality and seasonal food

• Confidence in managing budgets and operations
