This renowned venue offers a single, premium dinner service each evening, pairing elevated food with an unforgettable atmosphere. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to encore.

The Role:

• Lead all front-of-house operations with a focus on professionalism, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction

• Oversee a single, high-quality seating per evening, ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen and events teams

• Maintain a warm, welcoming environment while upholding service excellence

• Manage staffing, training, rotas, and performance to support a strong team culture

• Collaborate with senior management to enhance the venue’s food and service offering

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-end hospitality setting

• Strong organisational and communication skills
