Restaurant Manager position running a very high profile fine dining restaurant. Fully responsible for the restaurant service, managing your team, managing the high standards and specialism.

Requirements:

Really important you love hospitality, love serving guests and leading from the front. They like a Restaurant Manager with high end experience and high volume sales. Each restaurant works tightly as a team, so a Restaurant Manager who works with everybody and inspires. High volume sales, the ability to drive the team and experience within a premium restaurant with strong wine list
