We’re opening an exciting new restaurant this summer, and we’re on the lookout for a dedicated Pastry Commis Chef to join the launch team from day one.
Led by a Michelin-experienced chef, this concept will celebrate top-quality ingredients, precise technique, and a collaborative kitchen culture. If you’re eager to learn, passionate about pastry, and ready to be part of something from the ground up, this is a unique opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the pastry team with precision, consistency, and care

Prepping, finishing, and presenting a range of refined pastry items

Learning directly from senior chefs in a high-level, fast-paced kitchen

Upholding excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and discipline

Contributing ideas and energy to a menu that values creativity and seasonality
What We’re Looking For

Some experience in a professional kitchen (pastry or mixed) – training will be given

A genuine interest in pastry techniques and presentation

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly

A calm, reliable, and positive approach under pressure

Passion for quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation
