We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site General Manager to take on an exciting leadership role overseeing fast-paced, high-performing London restaurants.

This is a hands-on operational position – you’ll be present in the venues, coaching and guiding General Managers, leading by example, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences are delivered every single day.

The Role:

• Oversee the operational performance of the restaurants
• Lead, guide, and inspire site leadership teams, ensuring consistency across all venues
• Provide hands-on support to managers, developing their skills and confidence through coaching and mentoring
• Take ownership of commercial performance, driving revenue, managing costs, and ensuring KPIs are exceeded
• Safeguard standards of service, quality, and compliance across all operations
• Act as the bridge between senior leadership and site teams, embedding culture and vision throughout the business

About You:

• Previous experience as a multi-site operator within premium casual dining, high-volume restaurants, or branded groups
• A proven leader with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate teams across multiple venues
• Exceptionally organised, resilient, and commercially astute
• Hands-on, operational, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
• A strong communicator with the ability to influence, engage, and unite diverse teams
