Your Mission

• Lead the business as Managing Director / Director, accountable for P&L, operations, and growth
• Drive franchise expansion by delivering operational excellence and consistent standards
• Oversee all new franchise openings, ensuring readiness, efficiency, and commercial success
• Build scalable systems and processes that enable rapid, sustainable growth
• Lead, develop, and inspire senior operational teams
• Partner closely with the founder to shape strategy and long-term vision

Who You Are

• A senior operational leader from a multi-site franchise hospitality business
• Director or MD experience with a proven track record of scaling brands at pace
• Commercially astute, with strong P&L ownership and people leadership skills
• Comfortable making decisions autonomously in a founder-led environment
• Hands-on, credible, and relentlessly delivery-focused
