The Role:

• Support the Senior Sous and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food standards

• Lead sections during service in a fast-paced, high-profile kitchen

• Maintain consistency, precision and quality across every plate

• Assist with training and developing junior chefs

• Support stock control, prep organisation and kitchen systems

• Uphold the highest hygiene and compliance standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in premium, fresh-food kitchens

• Experience at Junior Sous or strong Chef de Partie level

• Passionate about British produce and seasonal cooking

• Calm, organised and confident during high-volume service

• Ambitious and keen to develop within a top-tier operation
