We are recruiting an exceptional Junior Sous Chef for one of the most acclaimed, food-led pubs in the world.

The Role:

Support the Senior Sous and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food standards

Lead sections during service in a fast-paced, high-profile kitchen

Maintain consistency, precision and quality across every plate

Assist with training and developing junior chefs

Support stock control, prep organisation and kitchen systems

Uphold the highest hygiene and compliance standards
The Ideal Candidate:

Strong background in premium, fresh-food kitchens
-
Experience at Junior Sous or strong Chef de Partie level

Passionate about British produce and seasonal cooking

Calm, organised and confident during high-volume service

Ambitious and keen to develop within a top-tier operation
