The Role

• Supporting the senior kitchen team in delivering consistently outstanding food

• Working across a menu focused on small plates and modern British cooking

• Playing a key role in service, prep, and standards

• Supporting junior team members and helping maintain a positive kitchen culture

• Contributing to menu development and creative input

The Ideal Candidate

• Currently a Junior Sous or strong Sous Chef ready for the next step

• Experience in quality, fresh-food kitchens at a high level

• Confident working with open-fire or live-fire cooking (or keen to develop)

• Calm, organised, and passionate about modern food
