Salary: £42,000-£45,000

The Role

Supporting the senior kitchen team in delivering consistently outstanding food

Working across a menu focused on small plates and modern British cooking

Playing a key role in service, prep, and standards

Supporting junior team members and helping maintain a positive kitchen culture

Contributing to menu development and creative input
The Ideal Candidate

Currently a Junior Sous or strong Sous Chef ready for the next step

Experience in quality, fresh-food kitchens at a high level

Confident working with open-fire or live-fire cooking (or keen to develop)
