A well-established business is seeking a confident, energetic HR Business Partner to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused HR professional to make a real impact in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Working closely with senior leaders and operational teams, you’ll help shape and deliver a people strategy that supports long-term business goals. You’ll be confident handling a mix of strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on driving positive change across the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role

• Strong understanding of employee relations and UK employment law

• Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of a business

• A hands-on approach with high energy and a proactive mindset

• Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments (ideally retail or similar)
