The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, comfortable managing volume without compromising on quality. You’ll be working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen, driving consistency, efficiency, and high standards across the board.

The Role:

• Take ownership of all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day service

• Recruit, train and mentor your team to perform at their best

• Maintain a strong focus on food safety, compliance and kitchen cleanliness

• Manage stock and ordering, keeping GP in line with targets

• Play an active role in service – leading from the front

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready for the next step

• Confident managing a busy kitchen with high covers and fresh food

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A passion for delivering top quality food at pace

• Organised, reliable, and focused on developing others
