We’re looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced Head Chef, ideally from a branded restaurant or hospitality group
• Has experience leading busy, fresh food kitchens
• Is passionate about developing and supporting their team
• Has strong commercial awareness, including GP, labour, stock control, and kitchen performance
• Leads by example with a calm, hands-on management style
• Maintains consistently high food quality while delivering busy service
• Takes pride in creating a positive kitchen culture
