This is a big Head Chef role – and a seriously good one.

We’re looking for a strong Head Chef to lead a busy, food-led pub in Horsell. Fresh food, strong trade and a kitchen that needs a proper leader to keep standards high and the team motivated.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the full kitchen operation
• Leading and developing the brigade
• Driving quality, consistency and service
• Managing GP, stock and kitchen systems

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Head Chef experience in food-led pubs
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Someone who thrives in busy service
