We’re recruiting a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a quality-led restaurant in Central London. This is a high-volume environment where fresh ingredients, consistency and strong leadership are key.

You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of the kitchen, lead your brigade and maintain the high standards that keep guests coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the full kitchen operation day-to-day

• Leading, developing and motivating the brigade

• Driving food quality and consistency across every service

• Managing stock, GP, ordering and kitchen systems

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Head Chef experience in a quality restaurant or food-led pub

• Strong leadership and kitchen organisation

• Someone calm and confident in busy service environments

• Passion for fresh ingredients and well-executed dishes
