We’re looking for a confident Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a busy, food-led pub in Epsom. This is a kitchen with a strong local following and a team that cares about delivering quality food every service.

You’ll have full responsibility for the kitchen and the chance to build a strong brigade around you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the kitchen and running day-to-day operations

• Driving food quality and consistency across service

• Training and developing the kitchen team

• Managing stock, ordering and kitchen systems

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Head Chef experience in a food-led pub or restaurant

• Strong leadership and kitchen organisation

• Someone who thrives during busy service

£16 per hour
