What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the full kitchen operation day-to-day

• Leading, training and developing the brigade

• Driving food quality and consistency

• Managing stock, GP and kitchen organisation

• Proven Head Chef experience in food-led pubs or restaurants

• Strong leadership and operational control

• Passion for fresh ingredients and great pub food
