We are recruiting a talented and experienced Head Chef for a highly regarded, premium restaurant group in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a busy, food-focused kitchen known for high-quality produce, bold flavours and consistently excellent standards. The role requires a confident leader who can balance creativity with strong operational management.

The Role

• Lead and manage the full kitchen operation

• Deliver consistently high-quality food in a busy service environment

• Train, develop and motivate the kitchen brigade

• Manage stock control, GP, ordering and kitchen systems

• Maintain excellent hygiene and compliance standards

• Work closely with senior leadership on menu and kitchen performance

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Head Chef within a quality-led restaurant

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Experience managing busy, high-volume kitchens

• Organised, commercially aware and operationally strong

• Passionate about fresh ingredients and excellent food
