We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established restaurant with a strong reputation for fresh, flavour-led food and a fast-paced service environment. The role requires a confident kitchen leader who can deliver consistency, manage a team effectively and maintain high operational standards.

The Role

• Lead the kitchen team and oversee daily kitchen operations

• Deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced environment

• Manage stock, ordering, GP and wastage

• Maintain excellent hygiene, health & safety and compliance standards

• Train, develop and motivate the kitchen brigade

• Work closely with senior management to ensure strong kitchen performance

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up

• Background in high-volume, fresh food kitchens

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Calm under pressure and confident running busy services

• Solid understanding of kitchen financial controls

Salary up to £45,000
