We’re recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a quality-led, high-performing kitchen in the Liverpool Street area. This role is ideal for a confident operator who combines strong systems and structure with creativity and a genuine passion for developing people.

You’ll be working with premium suppliers and produce, in a professional environment that values consistency, standards, and calm leadership just as much as great food.

The Role

• Full responsibility for kitchen operations and performance

• Leading, training, and developing a strong, motivated team

• Delivering consistently high food standards across service

• Managing GP, labour, stock, and compliance

• Working with quality produce and trusted suppliers

• Contributing creatively to menu development while maintaining operational discipline

About You

• Proven Head Chef experience in quality-led kitchens

• Strong operational knowledge and attention to detail

• Excellent team ethos with a people-first leadership style

• Confident trainer and mentor

• Commercially aware and well organised

• Comfortable balancing structure with creative autonomy
