The Opportunity

You’ll have full ownership of a busy kitchen, with the support of an established senior management structure and a brand that values people, development and standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a large, energetic kitchen team

• Delivering fresh, consistent food at high volume

• Driving GP, labour and stock controls confidently

• Owning food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance

• Recruiting, training and developing chefs at all levels

• Setting the tone for a positive, professional kitchen culture
