We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a busy, well-established restaurant in Balham. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment.

The Role

• Full responsibility for kitchen operations and standards

• Lead, train and develop a high-performing kitchen team

• Deliver consistent, high-quality food at volume

• Manage GP, labour, stock and compliance

• Work closely with senior management to drive performance

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up

• Background in high-volume, fresh-food kitchens

• Strong leadership, organisation and financial awareness

• Passionate about food quality and team culture
