We’re searching for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-regarded pub and dining destination near Guildford. With a strong emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce and a commitment to quality, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef to take full ownership of their kitchen and make their mark.

The Role
As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring your team, designing menus that showcase the best seasonal ingredients, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and consistency. You’ll manage ordering, stock, rota planning, and kitchen standards, while also mentoring and developing your brigade.
