What You’ll Do:

• Lead a talented kitchen team, maintaining high standards at volume.

• Deliver menus that balance theatre, speed, and exceptional quality.

• Manage kitchen operations and finances with confidence and clarity.

• Foster a positive, precise, and calm kitchen culture.

• A Head Chef with high-end, high-volume experience.

• Calm under pressure, with a passion for quality and consistency.

• A team leader who can inspire, train, and develop others.
