An independent, fast-growing hospitality business on the Surrey/Hampshire border is seeking a Head Chef to lead its fresh food kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys autonomy, creativity, and the chance to shape a menu that champions quality and seasonality.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the kitchen day-to-day with hands-on cooking and team management

Designing and executing a fresh food menu that reflects creativity and seasonality

Ensuring kitchen standards remain high, from food safety to consistency

Managing stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets efficiently

Supporting a positive, collaborative working environment
What we’re looking for:

Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up

Calm, organised and positive approach in the kitchen

Ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on
