What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a small, skilled kitchen team.

• Designing and delivering creative specials using fresh, seasonal produce.

• Managing kitchen operations, compliance, and cost control.

• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Working collaboratively with an engaged management team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up.

• Experience in fresh, premium food environments (pub or restaurant).

• Passion for using quality ingredients and creating dishes that stand out.

• Calm, organised, and hands-on approach to leadership.

• Creativity with a commercial mindset.
