A growing, quality-focused gastro pub group near Epsom is looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen in a vibrant, food-led pub known for fresh produce, warm hospitality, and a loyal local following.
The venue offers modern British menus with seasonal specials, allowing real creativity and input while maintaining high standards and consistency. The group values work-life balance, investment in people, and progression opportunities as it continues to expand.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and motivating a small, skilled kitchen team.

Designing and delivering creative specials using fresh, seasonal produce.

Managing kitchen operations, compliance, and cost control.

Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Working collaboratively with an engaged management team.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up.

Experience in fresh, premium food environments (pub or restaurant).

Passion for using quality ingredients and creating dishes that stand out.

Calm, organised, and hands-on approach to leadership.
